I am a certified hypnotherapist trained through Apositiva Institute in Portland, Oregon, with experience in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), a reiki practitioner, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) trained through The Movement Center in Portland, Oregon (2011).
I work with clients of all ages and am passionate about supporting mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. My yoga and mindfulness sessions focus on improving energy, flexibility, alignment, and overall wellness for all body types and experience levels.
